Here’s a Way To Make Some Quick Cash…Fast!
Filed under: Internet Marketing; Tagged as: make money online, quick cash video, Travis Sago, Wealthy Affiliate7 CommentsTwo promises I always make to my readers and subscribers…I won’t bombard you with sales promotions or emails…and I won’t lie to you…ever.
I first met Travis Sago in the Wealthy Affiliate forum where I was a member for several months. It was a great learning experience for me, I met some wonderful people, and a handful of them I remain in touch with, almost 2 years later.
I’ve watched in awe as Travis’ business has mushroomed into an online empire, and yet Travis remains as calm and laid back as he was in the WA forum. To hear Travis talk, he could be sitting on your porch, drinking a cup of coffee with you as he explains simple ways to put more money in your pocket.

Okay, this post will undoubtedly ruffle some feathers, but I feel compelled to say it anyway. And thanks to the internet, I have this platform upon which I can state my opinion.
First of all, I generally don’t like things I feel are being shoved down my throat. And right now, I’m about to choke on Web Prosperity.
But, because I try to be fair, I don’t know much about this company or the man in all the videos. So maybe I’ve gotten the wrong impression. In fact, I’m almost HOPING I’ve gotten the wrong impression.

Today is the first day of a brand new year…full of hope and promise, giving us a clean slate for fresh starts, making changes, and accomplishing goals.
It’s also a good time to reflect on the year that just ended. Are you where you hoped you’d be? Is your business at the level you planned for? I have to admit, I squandered a lot of time in 2008 - lack of focus, excuses, procrastination - I didn’t really get serious until about September…what a waste.

Have You Tried Driving Website Traffic with Videos?
Filed under: Internet Marketing; Tagged as: animoto, making videos, use videos to drive traffic, videos37 CommentsThere are all sorts of debates over which keyword tool is the best or which html editor is the most user-friendly, but there can be no argument that without traffic you cannot succeed.
It doesn’t matter how magnificent your web design is or how engaging and informative your content is, if no one comes to see it, you can’t build a list, you can’t promote an affiliate product or sell one of your own. Without traffic, your site might as well not exist.

Filed under: Internet Marketing; Tagged as: creating video, how to make videos, making videos, Nigel Yip5 CommentsFor a long time I made a habit of staying far away from anything to do with creating videos. But then I found Nigel Yip’s FREE book, “Lights, Camera, Action”…and suddenly now I’m a video producer! I owe it all completely and totally to Nigel…and Nigel, if you’re reading this, THANK YOU!

To Tweet or Not to Tweet?
Filed under: Alex Jeffreys' Coaching; Tagged as: alex jeffreys, jim edwards, social media marketing, twitter13 CommentsI’m a little confused. Maybe it’s because I missed part of the coaching call tonight, and it’ll all be revealed when I watch the whole thing without 17 other things going on at the same time for me. But here’s what I’m confused about. It’s this whole twitter thing.
I know Alex Jeffreys talked a lot about twitter in the call tonight, and he’s obviously a big fan. But I watched a video just a few days ago from another marketer whose opinion I respect, Jim “Hawaiian Shirt” Edwards.

When I first met Alex Jeffreys, it was over phone on Skype. He called me because he liked a comment I had left on his blog…that should serve as just one example of how powerful blogs can be. I was stunned to find myself talking to him…for me, it was practically the same as if a Hollywood celebrity had phoned me. Now here I am a few short weeks later, in the midst of a life changing coaching program. So yes, I think Alex Jeffreys is indeed awesome.
