Have You Tried Driving Website Traffic with Videos?
Filed under: Internet Marketing; Tagged as: animoto, making videos, use videos to drive traffic, videos12 CommentsThere are all sorts of debates over which keyword tool is the best or which html editor is the most user-friendly, but there can be no argument that without traffic you cannot succeed.
It doesn’t matter how magnificent your web design is or how engaging and informative your content is, if no one comes to see it, you can’t build a list, you can’t promote an affiliate product or sell one of your own. Without traffic, your site might as well not exist.

I’ve Crossed the Final Frontier - Have You?
Filed under: Internet Marketing; Tagged as: creating video, how to make videos, making videos, Nigel Yip4 CommentsFor a long time I made a habit of staying far away from anything to do with creating videos. Even though everywhere I turned, I’d hear or read someone talking about how powerful video is. It seemed beyond my capabilities. It was my final frontier.
But then I found Nigel Yip’s FREE book, “Lights, Camera, Action”…and suddenly now I’m a video producer! I owe it all completely and totally to Nigel…and Nigel, if you’re reading this, THANK YOU!
I was so excited when I saw what I had created, I couldn’t even sleep! If you’re like me, and you think making videos is intimidating, you MUST get Nigel’s book…and if you can believe it, it’s FREE!

To Tweet or Not to Tweet?
Filed under: Alex Jeffreys' Coaching; Tagged as: alex jeffreys, jim edwards, social media marketing, twitter13 CommentsI’m a little confused. Maybe it’s because I missed part of the coaching call tonight, and it’ll all be revealed when I watch the whole thing without 17 other things going on at the same time for me. But here’s what I’m confused about. It’s this whole twitter thing.
I know Alex Jeffreys talked a lot about twitter in the call tonight, and he’s obviously a big fan. But I watched a video just a few days ago from another marketer whose opinion I respect, Jim “Hawaiian Shirt” Edwards.

When I first met Alex Jeffreys, it was over phone on Skype. He called me because he liked a comment I had left on his blog…that should serve as just one example of how powerful blogs can be. I was stunned to find myself talking to him…for me, it was practically the same as if a Hollywood celebrity had phoned me. Now here I am a few short weeks later, in the midst of a life changing coaching program. So yes, I think Alex Jeffreys is indeed awesome.

Garry Parkes for President!
Filed under: Alex Jeffreys' Coaching; Tagged as: alex jeffreys, coaching, Garry Parkes, Google Analytics10 CommentsWell, okay, maybe not President, but ya gotta admit the guy has stepped forth as a real leader among the students of Alex Jeffreys’ coaching program. And I’d like to take this opportunity to publicly thank you, Garry, for giving so much of your time to help all of us. You know it’ll come back to you tenfold!
I won’t say too much about it here, because frankly, he says it better on his own blog, (http://garryparkes.com). But if you’re reading this and you haven’t been by his blog to check out his plans for a newsletter we can ALL take part in, get on over there and see what he has to say about it.

Commission Blueprint - An Insider’s View
Filed under: Product Reviews; Tagged as: clickbank, Commission Blueprint, Internet Marketing, pay per click, PPC, Steve Clayton4 CommentsI stayed away from PPC (pay per click) for a very long time. It was too scary. I imagined it like a deep black hole that had gaping Google jaws at the bottom, ready to suck up all my money. I didn’t understand it, so I kept my distance.
But one day I got an email about a product called Commission Blueprint. I wish I remembered who sent me that email, just so I could thank them. I liked what I read on the sales page, not because it was filled with hype and pie in the sky promises, but because it came across to me as a solid plan to learn PPC.

Arbitrage Conspiracy - The Good, The Bad and the Ugly
Filed under: Product Reviews; Tagged as: arbitrage conspiracy, eric holmlund, erics tips, Internet Marketing1 CommentMy inbox has been blanketed with emails announcing the latest flavor of the week. This week’s dish is called Arbitrage Conspiracy. The unique selling position for this one is the creator’s claim of making $50,000 - $100,000 per day.
Now, I’m not saying he doesn’t. I believe it’s possible. And that’s the good part.
The bad part is that I’m having trouble believing it can be done the way the landing page states:
“How he got started with a mere $50!”
“How to get completely set up and open for business in 24 hours!”

A few weeks ago, I was given the opportunity to join Alex Jeffreys’ coaching program. Now, if you don’t know who Alex Jeffreys is, this is a young man who truly found a way to crack the code to online success, soaring from $0 to over $100,000 in his first year of Internet marketing.
Anyway, we were on a coaching call tonight…me, Alex, and all his students. But here’s why I wonder about his sanity. That coaching call lasted over FIVE HOURS! The coaching part was about 2 hours or so…the rest of the time Alex stayed on the phone answering questions. He didn’t quit until he had answered every single question that anybody had.

Are You Ready to Hear About Internet Marketing in Plain English?
Filed under: Internet Marketing; Tagged as: honey wesley, Internet Marketing, make money online, online income2 CommentsI almost wish I could tell you some sad sob story about how I was unemployed and on the verge of losing my house when I stumbled across internet marketing and made $26,384.75 in my first month online.
That’s the sort of hype that seems to suck people in faster than a dust ball in a Hoover vacuum. And I’ve been one of those dust balls, on more than one occasion. But the truth is, I’m a registered nurse, and I was making pretty good money when I started poking around online.
